Luggage Storage Arts District

¡Gracias!

Only needed our bags watched for 4 hours. Super easy and very convenient. Just ring the doorbell and someone will bring you in. Thank you!

I went up to it and had no idea how to get inside or leave my luggage. It turned out I needed to download the app and find the partners number which is apparently a hostel who is actually keeping your luggage at the location. And when you call the number they want you to text so I had to text them to let me in. Now they did at least respond fairly quickly.

They let me in and scanned the qr and put the stuff in some storage space with other luggage after taking a pic or my bags. Gave me the gate and door codes. Later I returned and they weren't there so I contacted them via text again and they told me I could just take the stuff. Not very secure, but nothing got stolen and they did hold onto the stuff just fine. It was the door with the A Above it.

Storage is inside a hostel called PodShare DTLA. It was a little confusing figuring out where to go at first because booking instructions just gave an address. There’s a black gate with a call button you can press to notify staff, or you can call their phone number.

My luggage was stored in a hidden compartment area inside the hostel. When I came to pick it up, no staff was on-site, so I called and was told I can just grab it. Could be a bit more secure by having a lock on the storage door.
