Experience Depends on Booked Angel

We first booked in Vintage Inn @ Little India. We could not contact the receptionist. We waited for more than 30 mins but still could not check in. It took too long and we could not wait any further since it has been long past the check in time we scheduled. So we rebooked in another luggage storage in Bugis (Basheer Graphic Books) instead. In the Luggage Storage Bugis, our experience was really nice, they were really friendly, and no problems in the whole time we checked in. They even made us take photos when we left the luggage to make sure that our luggages were not touched/moved.

Odd, but it worked

Our experience was rather odd. Both when we arrived to drop off and collect our bags no one was at the hotel reception desk. The door was closed with a note of who to call. On drop off we called the number but no one ever answered. Fortunately, some of the hotel guests let us in and called the manager for us so we could leave our bags. When we returned and saw the note I tried calling again. This time, someone answered and gave me the keycode to enter and collect our bags. It was an odd experience. The bag storage itself isn't the cleanest space possible, but it's not terrible either.

Full and Untimely

You might have an idea base on my title. UNTIMELY I was cater in an unsuitable time, I booked a 9am bag/luggage drop off but was cater only almost 9:30am. I wa told that the front desk usually open at 10am by some individual staying there. There was a notice that he was out for 20mins break but was calling him form time to time to no answer. It was only when I came by with my same countrymen stay in the INN that we ask favor if they can wake the person incharge so that we can left the bag and be on out way. With this it kinda make our schedule scramble due to this delay. FULL, When we are about to drop out things, we kinda expect it to be in a storage are with the rest of the bags. But lo and behold l, no storage room! Our bags and luggage is just mixed with other stay-in guest. This can easily be mistaked as theirs because there were to bag tags given or identifiers. It was a messed and its all over the place. They were taking in so much thats beyond thier capacity to handle
