the drop off and pick up was seamless the location is just perfect easy access via bus uber ferry train and light rail.

I got lost looking at the map, but you can just follow the directions on the app to the tattoo parlour. It's close to WESTLAKE ST. so it's a great place to drop off your luggage on your way to or from the airport! The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease :)

24/7 access was superb- I needed my luggage a day early and had no problems picking it up at 2am

Was concerned that it could be a scam. Bags were kept safe and we retrieve them with no issues. Pleasant service especialy when you have to check out at 11 and your flight is late evening.

The place for luggage storage is near the Centrake station in Milan. Easy to reach. Courteous and helpful staff

Good seamless storing and safe friendly

The gentleman was very friendly and everything went very smoothly despite his poor English. Even though his shop wasn't actually open at drop-off time, he was there on time, scanned the QR code and let me take a photo of the luggage. Super and a great relief for us. I can only recommend it.
