The luggage drop-off and pick-up were super uncomplicated. Only a few minutes walk from the subway station, which does not have an escalator. The contact was very nice and friendly, the suitcase was picked up in the same condition as we dropped it off.

Excellent access to the new town. Very clean, spacious, and cozy with well separated rooms. The cleaning staff was courteous and pleasant, even though we had to check out last minute.

It is a small food business, they keep the suitcase next to the box where they are, all day open, so for the schedule no problem, everything great and the owners very friendly.

Great place to drop off bag(s) in Inverness as so centrally located. 2min walk to train station or bus depot and in the centre of town. Secure storage and office open for drop off and collection as arranged. Friendly staff too.

First time I rented luggage storage and had to do it last minute. He was super helpful and friendly, he made everything so easy for me to get it done quickly. A plus is that it’s the same price (5€) for 24 hours, unlike at the central station where you pay hourly if even a box is available when you arrive. Recommend and would use again.

It’s very central location near the central bus station in Florence. It was easy to find and use. I booked online and was sent a a QR code which I showed to the man there and he took my luggage. He then gave me a label which I used to collect my luggage. All very easy!

Possibly by far the best luggage storage experience for us in Europe. They’ve got separate keys/lockers to store the luggage. And it’s a great gift shop and souvenir - highly recommend!

At first I was hesitant because the location was in a cafe. They held our luggage in their storage room; it wasn’t specifically made for luggage, it just happened to be their supply room. The employees were nice and the experience was fine. It would just be better if Radical Storage noted in their description up front of the location type. It was much cheaper and more central than holding it elsewhere for the day in Macau.

We used it from the time we checked out of our hotel in the morning until our flight home in the evening. From Seoul Station, cross the crosswalk, take a few steps from the coffee shop sign, and look down the alley. It was convenient for a middle-aged woman rolling a 15kgs suitcase and feeling about 4-5 minutes.

I had a great experience leaving my luggage with the store's salesperson, felt like it was in safe hands.

Staff super friendly, helpful easy check in and gave great advice. Only problem we had was finding the place the road it is on there’s a tiny convenience store shop and the archway there is the one you need.

My wife and I left four bags (two large backpacks and two rolling carry ons) here for a few hours when we first arrived in Dublin and it was exactly what we needed! The shop attendants were very nice and stowed our bags securely and out of sight until we came back. I’d recommend this spot for any traveler who needs this service and might be unsure if it’s worth it. Trust us, it was perfect!
