I needed to drop my big suitcase somewhere in Kuala Lumpur as I had an evening flight back home and wanted to enjoy the last day. Super easy process and a clever way to quickly find a storage solution in the city. I dropped my bag at a cafe in their storage room. Maybe a good idea to have a padlock on your luggage to be sure that no one goes into it while you’re away as it is accessible for staff members at your given location. The storage location could also provide the customer with a sticker to sign and stick across the zip of the luggage - or another solution for extra security. Overall, great experience, easy process and just what I needed.
