The shop assistant was trustworthy and kind, so I didn’t make a fuss, but I could have ended up not getting my luggage back and I couldn’t have proven my claim.

The storage location in Cork City IRELAND, is actually the back of the counter in a small food and newsagents store. When I arrived in the shop none of the staff were aware of the 'luggage storage' as advertised, and only when one staff member came out from the back of the store did she know, and took the luggage from me.
