Luggage Storage Central Station / Haymarket

Centralstation / Haymarket

Det finns ingen skylt vid ingången. Bilderna på butiken ser annorlunda ut

No signage out the front. Photos of the shop look different

On the internet the sign shows the shop as a EZY MART with highly visible colours but instead found just a convenience store sign and walked around the property twice till the person at the backpackers hostel directed to me the shop.
Went to collect my luggage at 3.30 shop was closed but the open sign was in place. After panicking for close to an hour the guy who was inside in the back room unlocked the door. Will not use this storage site again or recommend to others.

Easy and quick booking, dropping off and picking up. Stuff was friendly and location is perfect (if you want to be at central before/after)

I recently used Radical Storage near Central Station in Sydney, and I had a very smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I was looking for a convenient place to leave my luggage while I explored the city, and this service turned out to be exactly what I needed. The whole process was quick, easy, and very well organized.

When I arrived, the Bangladeshi staff member who assisted me was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. He greeted me warmly and made the check-in process very straightforward. One thing I really appreciated was that he took photos of my luggage for security purposes. This simple step gave me extra peace of mind knowing that my belongings were properly documented and safe while they were stored there.

I also asked a few questions about the closing time and the pickup process because I wanted to make sure I would not have any issues when I returned later. He patiently explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the important details. His helpful attitude and willingness to answer my questions made the whole experience even better. It is always nice to deal with staff who are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help customers.

The location itself is also very convenient, especially if you are arriving at or leaving from Central Station. It made my day much easier because I didn’t have to carry heavy bags around the city while sightseeing. Instead, I was able to enjoy my time walking around, visiting places, and relaxing without worrying about my luggage.

Another thing I really liked was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left my bags, everything only took a few minutes. There was no confusion, no waiting around, and no complicated procedures. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, which is exactly what travelers need when they are on a tight schedule.

When I returned to pick up my luggage, the process was just as quick and easy. The staff member remembered the procedure and made sure my bags were returned safely. Everything was exactly as I left it, which made me feel confident about the reliability of their service.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Radical Storage at Central Station. The service was efficient, secure, and customer-friendly. The staff member who helped me was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.

I will definitely use this service again the next time I visit Sydney. It is a great option for travelers who need a safe and convenient place to store their luggage for a few hours or even longer. I will also happily recommend Radical Storage to my family and friends because of the excellent experience I had. If you are looking for a reliable luggage storage service near Central Station, this is definitely a great choice.

Used this place near central after I checked out of hotel. Easy to find, good staff.
They asked which app I was using so obviously work with all the storage apps, so just choose the cheapest at your location and it'll be fine.

Good place to store your bags while exploring the city
