Very easy to work with the drop off location and price was reasonable. Setting up the order was also easy online. They should make it clearer where the drop off location is. Because these radical storages are like UPS and Amazon drop points and not a site owned by radical storage. Radical storage seems to be more like a gateway. But it was still very convenient and I will use it again

Gusman was fantastic and I genuinely recommend this place for storage- don’t be fooled by the low number of reviews, this is an actual location. I was skeptical at first because it was in a bodega, but as I spoke to everyone there, it put me at ease. They were very polite, prompt, responsive.
Ernesto was great and I even got to meet Gusman’s father when I came back for my luggage and had a chat with him as well.

This location is in a great local café with friendly service and good food.

Reliable and secure service. We left our suitcases here for several hours before our return flight to Germany at a reasonable price.
