Booking was pretty easy and the storage location I got was very convenient, just two blocks away from the subway station. The address is partially correct, in the 6th instead of the 3rd floor, there is an elevator to get there. The staff was friendly and handled my bags with care, although they did not use the QR in the app for check-in/check-out.
