I made the reservation online and it took me 2 hours to receive the mail with the assignment of the box office number and code, but it did not take two minutes to cash it.

I would also be very much against it, because I think the system is great. Except for the request to check the number of pieces of luggage in advance. That made me so insecure that I unnecessarily booked another piece of luggage, even though it would have easily fitted in with the others. The rest was great. Best regards Lisa
