Really easy process. We were expecting to see a luggage place but actually it's a hostel. You just pop in, show them your booking online. They take photos of your bags and stow them somewhere safe. For pick up just show the booking again, the QR code brings up the photos they took of our bags and then we took them away.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Belvedere Palace and in front of the station leading to the airport. Friendly staff and fast processing.

Localización muy cómoda, a 5 minutos andando del Palacio Belvedere y en frente de la estación que lleva al aeropuerto. Personal amable y proceso rápido.
