A bit tricky to find as the sign is in Japanese, look for the bar that is on the basement floor, there is a lift available and staff are friendly. 

The storage is about 5-10 min walk from Shinjuku train station. The staff are very friendly and the price is reasonable. The whole process to reserve the storage online took less than 3 mins. It’s really handy and saved us the hassle of taking 4 big luggage and not finding any empty lockers in the train station.
