Luggage Storage Siena Railway Station

Easy to find, it is in the station newsstand toward the bar, but most of all courteous and helpful. Really convenient!

Walk into the Siena Railway station from the parking lot and it is inside the souvenir/convenience store on your left, next to the restaurant. Highly secure with a private storage area in the back. By storing your luggage securely here and parking at San Francesco Parcheggio, you're well on your way to a wonderful day trip to Siena!

I tried to book this service in Siena while still on the train. In the end, the internet did not work and there was no request for confirmation from the bank. The app downloaded the amount twice for me. I finally did not use the service. I would like a refund of the fees charged. My telephone number is 606 204 107.

It was very convenient to have luggage storage at the train station (the official trenitalia site says there is none.) The online reservation for our bags was easy. However, I spent over an hour trying to find the location! The geolocation feature in the app gives a location in the shopping mall across the street from the station (incorrect!). There should be clear instructions about where this service is located. As you enter the train station main door, the baggage drop is in the small "convenience store", in between the door to the platforms and the coffee shop on the left. Show the cashier your reservation receipt and leave your bags with him/her.
