The staff speaks good English and is polite, but the location is a bit mysterious and not easy to find.

Our storage was situated about 300 meters from Sinchon metro station. It was a hotel’s reception that took care of our luggage. The place was pretty easy to find (kakaomap!), no stairs to climb. The receptionist checked the qr-code, took a picture of the luggage and thats it! After six days we picked them up with the code. Very handy, and affortable.
