Luggage Storage Nonhyeon Subway Station

Location was very easy to find via google maps, 2 stops away from the Express Bus Terminal (via metro), the “shop” is on 2F, don’t think there is an elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful. My code wasn’t scanned when i dropped off my luggage and only after i requested it, did they take a picture of my booking-ID. I assumed it was a new staff member and wrote to Radical Storage Support just to make sure everything was in order, the online support was amazing, replied promptly to my message, was very efficient in their communication which reassured my tremendously. Will book again with them if i ever need to store luggage. Thank you to the staff at the storage location and whoever answered by query from the online support team. Amazing example of great customer service.

Above and beyond service of excellence

Convenient service very close to Nonhyeon Station. The location did not have an elevator and I had to take the stairs with luggage. That should be mentioned when booking. They did tell me this when I called to confirm. I didn't have a problem but it might help others to know. The people at the store were attentive.

The owners of the shop were very friendly and even helped me carry my suitcases down the stairs (note that this location is on the 2nd floor). Location is also very convenient for the airport bus!
