The owner let me use the bathroom when I picked up my bag and even called a taxi for me. Great service!

All very straight forward - we got flexible check-in and check-out. Let us fill up water, use toilets and have advice on getting to the next location.

Worst service in a long time. In fact, no customer support at all. No possibility to change the reservation. The service cannot be recommended.
