Dropped bags. Business took a picture of our bags and barcode. Did the same when we returned. Everything was intact and the business was friendly.

The person storring my bag was very helpful and polite. The fact that the store looking after my bag was open continuiously during the day provided me with extra flexibility which I appreciated.
