Very easy to book. A bit challenging to find but felt safe for our 3 hours wandering Puerto Vallarta and responsive contact to retrieve when we needed.

Was right around the corner from where I was staying, but since the numbers on buildings are sometimes not bit, it was a bit hard to find. There were no instructions on the booking as to how to get the attention of the "Angel" Salvador. If it weren't for the Farmacia next door knowing Salvador's phone # and calling for me, I'm not sure how I would have gotten their attention because the casa and business is actually on the second floor. There should be instructions on how to find the bell button to reach the people upstairs. Otherwise, it was a very helpful service!
