Luggage Storage Charles Square

It was very easy amd convenient. I love the fact that we could have picked ip our luggage at late hour.

The storage was easy to find and the staff were quick to let us in.

The bags were stored in the event space of the hotel that was theoretically accessible to anyone. When we asked the manager of the hotel to properly check us in via the app so we have insurance, he just rudely told us off. In the end it was fine but the whole place feels a bit sketchy.

We were very skeptical when we left our luggage because the place seemed very sketchy and inadequate and nobody spoke English, however, it went accordingly and we got all of our luggage back intacted.
