People need to be more careful. They pulled the suitcase through an opening and almost ripped the wheels off my suitcase. Imagine the inconvenience, being a woman traveling alone with a suitcase with broken wheels, in an Italy where it's difficult to get elevators. Thank God something worse didn't happen.
