Staffs were amazing, they were kind and also they spoken English really good, if I go to pisa again I definitely will go there.

Nice place, but it can only hold a small amount of luggage and small volumes. What's more, at check-out, the person didn't understand me in English when we wanted to retrieve our suitcase.

Endroit sympathique mais qui ne peut contenir que peu de bagages et de petits volumes, de plus pour le check-out la personne me comprenait pas en anglais que nous voulions récupérer la valise
