We store our luggage at the Bonn location.  It's a mobile phone shop, easy to find and super convenient.  The friendly shop staff took photos of all the pieces at check in, and immediately I received a checked-in confirm email. Smooth process and I feel good about leaving my luggage there.  At check out, there was a queue to pick up our luggage. It took approx 10 min.  
I would definitely use this service again.
