Was so simple, paid online then arrived at the nominated place. All very straightforward!

Maybe if the shop had better signage or an updated photo to see the shop clearly then that would help, and maybe update the lin on the property, other than that, its a 2 min walk from the tube station and close to all attractions bars, hotels etc

A bit confusing to find the entrance but a very safe place to leave belongings, we left our luggage, to communicate we had to do it by phone, as a suggestion would be to leave a contact number to be able to communicate better, thank you very much.

Good service, super easy and comfortable. I add as a reference that the luggage storage place is here. I was able to communicate with the person by call and WA from the app.

Overall a very good experience. It’s a little bit hard to find the location but if you ask the workers there on the 2nd floor even if they don’t speak English they will show you where to go.

Everything you need from a luggage storage place! Fast, convenient, safe, and reliable with excellent customer service and human interaction, immediately bookable with credit card online, 8 minutes from the train station in an easily locatable place (accurate to Google Maps directions), closes at 9:00pm when the Stroudsburg Christmas Market closes—highly recommend! The best luggage storage I've ever used. So many luggage storage places were sold out on a Sunday today, but this Radical Storage outlet located in a nearby electronics store came in clutch and saved us! Every step of the process was easy, reliable, and streamlined. We stored four bags here, and what we appreciated most was the human element. The store employees immediately helped us store our suitcases and and backpacks with a smile, made sure our backpacks (with laptops inside) were safe and wouldn't fall and break without us needing to ask, took pictures, and made sure our things were in clear view of their eyesight the entire time in the store. They treated our belongings with the same care as if they were their own belongings, which is rare. :) When we picked up our luggage, another employee immediately helped us and asked us for confirmation before returning our bags. This means they do their due diligence and don't return bags to just anyone. Since pickpockets can show up outside of Paris, I appreciate this store's commitment to keeping tourists' belongings safe and giving us the peace of mind to enjoy our time here. :) Also, this is one of the few places that closes after 6-8pm, so customers don't have to rush from the Christmas market to pick up their belongings.
