So glad we stored our bags
February 2020
Great. Easy. Safe. Tiny place. We just had a couple old carry on's and a bag to store. After reading the reviews we decided to take a leap of faith. Glad we did. We kept on shoulder bag with us, but next time we will leave it as well.

Much Needed Luggage Storage Option in NYC
December 2019
The location was a small shoe repair shop in Midtown. I felt a little uneasy about leaving my bags in the window next to the street but had read positive reviews about a similar location and took the leap of faith. The bags were safe and sound 5 hours later when I picked up and the service was really easy to use.

It was okay
December 2019
I was very hesitant about leaving my items there. the place did not verify my confirmation email and didn't even ask for my name. They had me put my stuff by the door. No one was there watching the stuff and it did not feel very safe. When I came back there was other people's luggage thrown on top of mine. I had a laptop in my book bag that could have been broken but they didn't seem to care. When I returned, they told me to grab whichever one was mine. Again, never asked for confirmation email or anything. I could have walked out with anyone's stuff or vice versa. I would use Radical Storage again but not that place.
