Luggage Storage Plaza Santa Catalina

Plaza Santa Catalina

Easy to find, welcoming and friendly shop owners. Would recommend.

Very easy to find and pleasant shop owners. Only problem I had was that there was no internet available when I collected luggage so the shop owner was not able to scan the QR code he needed in order to get paid. We did try to give him the money but he would not accept it from us so I hope that he will be paid for the service by Radical as it was all very efficient.

Easy booking online and only a couple of minutes walk from Plaza Santa Catalina. Very friendly helpful staff who took our luggage in and confirmed our time of collection with them. Our only problem was when we collected luggage there was no internet connection so they were unable to scan our QR code which they needed for their payment. Despite going back up to the square, where you could usually get internet, I was unable to secure any internet connection. Hope they got their payment ok.

Great experience overall — the drop-off was quick, the location was easy to find, and it was such a relief knowing my luggage was safe while I explored.

Lovely service. Easy to find and safe location. No issues :)
