Luggage Storage Roppongi Train Station

The "storage" at "Roppongi Station" was actually at a tiny Liquor and Cigarette shop that could hardly fit our luggage. In all fairness, they did manage the 3 large suitcases and 2 carry-on cases, and we got it back safely. The 3 stars are for not being up-front that this want not a professional storage option but more like a "favour" by some shop owner.

The service was excellent. They carefully stored our luggage for nearly a week. The store owners were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!

Luggage was well stored and the process was quick

Todo fue muy bien. No me pidieron el QR y eso me extrañó, pero ya había leído comentarios de otros clientes sobre esto. Después de tres días allí estaban mis maletas. Es una muy buena opción para viajar ligero de equipaje.

Although our QR code was not scanned and we didn't get any receipt as proof that we stored the luggage, we got it back 2 weeks later without any issues. The location was great as well as the opening hours. So it is recommended. I do suggest to attach a name tag.
