Dejamos las maletas allí y fue todo perfecto.

It was scaring that at the pick up the guy told us that without the receipt paper we wouldn't had the chance to have our lugguaback. We had all the info (number of pieces of luggage, picture of them, location,...) via e-app. We had the paper receipt but this clausula doesn't have any sense and it is not specified on the Contract. Of course, as soon we pick the luggage back, received the confirmation via app....
