We had a reservation but no one was there, we waited for almost 20 minutes, the guy at the hotel was super rude

The storage area was parking. The service was quick and the luggage was handled with care. I will use them again when I come to Milan.

A correct service, we needed to leave our backpacks to be able to visit and it covers the need correctly. Only that the application told us that the time was until 23:30 and once we got there they were only open until 20:00h could be corrected as we would have looked at another that covered our schedules better.

Safe and staff are friendly. Easy to find. I had doubts about this but after research found this has the best review, much better ratings than placing at Centrale station for example. I would use this company again when I travel to somewhere else in the future.
