Easy to find, quick to drop and pick up. Felt comfortable with leaving my bag here.

The app is very confusing, took ages to get an email and the map was very misleading

Our flight wasn't till very late and we weren't able to leave our bags with the hotel after 4, we were so happy to find this option existed so we could enjoy our last few hours without the heavy baggage!
