It was super quick service, friendly staff and good location

Convenient

When is Victoria Bus Station the same as Victoria Station? It isn't but this company doesn't care because they don't give you their location until after you complete the booking. I'm sure they aren't the only ones doing this but it still doesn't make this practice any more palatable.
