We brought in our luggage to collect it before leaving for the airport. It was the first time I used something like that and I wouldn’t used again. Very expensive, 7£ per bag even small ones, and they are not very friendly and very well organised. We left a small backpack with the suitcases that we’ve booked and when we went back to collect them they had trouble remembering us (from 3hours before) and made us waste time coz they couldn’t remember that we pay for the last bag cash on the premises and even though we had a photo with a number, it took them a while to give us back our bag, coz it wasn’t on the booking’s QR code! Definitely not using this again!
