Look it up on my phone, central location, booked online, showed my qr code, left my bag for a few hours, went shopping, then picked my bag up. Just as I had hoped.

Quick and easy to find, staff were helpful and would use again

I was a bit hesitant to book this service because it was so much cheaper than other storage options, but I decided to give it a try. Like others have said, the process is super straightforward. When I dropped off my bags, I just left them by the counter. They scanned the QR code and said, “That’s it!”—not much else in terms of marking or acknowledgment. Picking them up was just as simple—I pointed to my bags, and off I went. Overall, it was totally fine and definitely worth it for the price. If you’re looking for cheap and easy luggage storage, I’d recommend it!

Efficient system. I felt slightly concerned initially because I was asked to leave my case with a bunch of others to the side of the till which looked like someone could come along and take them. I queried this and was told they’d be taken downstairs. Otherwise it was fine but I think someone should take them down as they arrive.
