Luggage Storage near Hagia Sophia

Happy with few comments

We we arrived at the spot the guy whose name was Josh took our bags away saying he will put in a locker. However , we went to collect our bags early before time and the bags were still found to be at the reception in one corner. Even though all was safe and secure , not sure if there is a locker system and if yes why was it not used ?
