Great service, just make sure you call them with the phone that is next to the door since there is no bell at the door (as seems typical for Hong Kong).

Good and safe place. The only thing missing is a checkout QR code. When I asked for my backpack to be returned, they accidentally gave me someone else’s. I realized it there, but it could have been a big problem.
