Luggage Storage Florence Train Station

It was great. There was a staff member right away when I got there, and the process of leaving my luggage was easy. The size didn't matter either, which was nice.

The experience was good, but the place did not give me confidence, because when I left the things at first (2 backpacks and a bag) the person who received them left them next to the stairs, did not take them up immediately and when we got to the store there was no one attending, the same person was upstairs and no one to watch anything.
