Extremely hard to find the location, at least for a tourist, who don't know the city, the language, the way of how things are organized around. The location was disclosed only after making the reservation and payment, which is annoying, because you pay for a service you don't know if you can reach it. The office was inside a Western Union location, without any distinctive sign to help you find it. I spent 20 minutes on a street with only 50 m length. The service itself was OK, the gentleman nice
