Pleasant staff. Everything worked great.

The hotel was clean and easy to find. They took our luggage into a separate room instead of just putting in the reception, which made me feel very safe.

Luggage dropped and collected no problems

I asked the staff to be careful with my suitcase's handle since it was pretty banged up, and they proceded to treat the thing like you would a baby. Amazing service 10/10
