Basic but works well

Our drop off was a very small mini-market in Civitavecchia, Italy. Looked a bit basic but person greeted us, checked our booking QR code (although they seemed to have some problems with their phone app scanning at first but worked eventually) and put our suitcases in a storeroom behind counter. Went back a few hours later to pick up. All good. Would use this process again.
