Dropping my bags off at the agent was easy, but when picking up my luggage the shop assistant didn’t know anything about the luggage storage at all! All worked out though.

Was easy and quick to drop off and pick up. Website did not give the correct address for store though - a quick google told us the correct address and it was about 5 mins walk away.
