Pretty simple, walked in, dropped our luggage off with the clerk, came back later, it was still there. Perfect

Easy to locate, simple system - great option when travelling

Concept is exceptional however, we do'nt get dedicated space

I liked the whole concept and it really made my travel easy, esp on the location and booking experience etc. The only challenge is that I was under the opinion i get a dedicated space , however, I didnt and had other customer's luggage as well in the same room, I feel that will be a bit of a risk .

Convenient

The application and location were convenient since it allowed us to walked around and picked our belongings on the way out.
