I am okay with leaving my luggage at the luggage facility, but my concern lies with the safety of my items. When I went to claim my luggage, the staff did not request any proof from me to verify that I was claiming the correct items. Although I was issued a number on a paper, they did not check it or ask for any identification to ensure the luggage was being returned to the rightful owner

Location is very convenient, centrally positioned. You can drop your luggage and stwrt exploring the city. Would recommend definitely. Lady on reception was very polite. Drop in and take out process is very straight forward.
