The actual storage was fine.  The staff were helpful and we were able to leave coats and boots with our bags.  The problem was with the Radical Storage app taking our booking from 10am, when the shop didn’t actually open until 11am.  Fortunately we found a cafe nearby where we waited until they opened, but this should have been made clear. 

Everything perfect! Location, Lady in the office was very polite and helpful!
