first place I went to was closed, luckly the support on the app was awesome and I was relocated. that place was also a bit weird (threaten me with a 50 euro fine if I don't come back on time), but everything worked out in the end.

Simple and practical. I was received with smiles. However, I came 40mins earlier to get my stuff after I was done with my city activity but I was refused access to them. I thought that strange. The lady insisted I wait till the time I choose for collection.
