No lockers at the location

The system in general is nice, paying and finding the spot works. But it seemed like the name of storage company has changed. There was another sign at the supermarket, where we should store our bags. So that was very confusing. Additionally the cashier hasn't received a notification, that we had paid for the lockers. And then the surprise... they didn't even had lockers in their supermarket. They just stored it in the back of the market. We stored our bags without having a good feeling...
