Great but difficult to find.

The suitcases were left in a supermarket deposit in the middle of boxes of bottles, there was no place for this, they were just left there in the middle. We didn't have much peace of mind leaving them there, but all in all it was fine.

It all worked out fine…but didn’t feel reassured our bags were safe

We chose to use radical storage as we had a previous excellent experience in Manchester a couple of years earlier. I just want to say all worked out well, but left our bags feeling worried and relieved we had taken out the additional insurance! QR code wasn’t scanned and ‘secure’ area was an open storeroom at the back of the shop that could be accessed by anyone - we were not given a receipt and we could have easily walked away with other people’s belongings - and others with ours. On return we were not asked for any proof of who we were. Thankfully all was okay and it was nice not to have to walk around the city with all our bags whilst we waited to be able to check into our hotel.
