Convenient and practical service, friendly and helpful staff, very convenient access to the storage point. This is the most practical way to leave your suitcases when the hotel does not provide a deposit. Perhaps I would review the prices a bit, 5 euros per suitcase I think are slightly excessive, but we are in Florence and the prices are high everywhere.
