Great service.
Everything went as expected.
Nothing to complain.

Easy to find (there is a sign at the door, just knock) and very friendly staff. It was very convienient for me to store my bag here instead of going through the hassel of finding a locker in the Shinjuku Station.

Easy to book and use. Place was a bit difficult to find, would be easier if a picture of the location is included in the confirmation e-mail. Very good and rapid response from customer service.
