We had generally a good experience. Very easy fee processing system, direct payment in app to book and very fast. Only thing was the end supplier did not have a computerized system, it was all done in a notebook and with stick on labels. I would expect the owner of the business storing our luggage (it was a restaurant) to as a minimum use the Radical Storage app - felt a bit unprofessional. Other than that it was very convenient, and we will use the app again.
