Luggage Storage near Motorpoint Arena

Upon arrival at the storage point (a barber shop) the owner of the shop said that he has no official relation with Radical Storage. He was kind enough to store my suitcase anyway, but the shop is apparently not receiving the money for this, and they cannot scan any QR code. I have contacted customer service to sort this out with the barber shop.
